Bioinformatics is an emerging area arising from the demand
of information analysis and management in the area of Biology
and Biotechnology. It is a fusion of Physical science, Life
sciece and Information technology.
I
hope to accomplish higher levels in the domain of bioinformatics,
for that Iwill be using my adequacy at its maximum.
I
am interested in sequence alignment, protein modelling,
Muitipe sequence analysis, Phylogenetics, data mining and
micro array.
BLAST,
FASTA, RasMol, deepview, Clustal X and Phylip are the
tools known to me.
